Join us for a glacier hike along Iceland’s Skaftafell-hiking on top of an outlet glacier of Vatnajökull, Europe's largest glacier. This exciting tour is perfect for those who want to combine landscape with adventure. This 5hr version is a more extended, detailed version of our 5hr tour. 

You will meet your certified glacier guide at Skaftafell Airport and you'll get to know the rest of the hikers. They will give you all the necessary equipment and instructions of the basics of glacier hiking before we go to the glacier cap and begin stepping on the ice. During the tour, you will be accompanied by your certified glacier guide who will tell you all about the formations of the glacier and its constantly changing environment. If you have any questions about glaciers in general, please feel encouraged to bring up your questions to our knowledgeable guides. On this tour we visit the massive ice cap of Falljökull glacier- prepare to have your mind blown by the stunning icefall that is the "Falling Glacier"
