During this guided 3-day Small Group Tour you will travel across the most popular region of Iceland - South Coast. 

The tour starts with classic Golden Circle Route that includes Thingvellir National Park, Geysirs and Gullfoss waterfall and we add a visit to the unique Kerid Volcanic Crater. For the next two days you will also visit magical waterfalls, the Black Beach of Reynisfjara, and the stunning Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon where huge icebergs float in ice cold water and seals swim around them next to the Diamond Beach just to name a few. 

The highlight of this tour is a Glacier hike on blue ice in Solheimajokull. Our glacier guides are professionals and they will provide you all safety equipment needed for the Glacier Hike (crampons, ice axes, etc) and teach you how to use them in a correct way. The scenery and views from the Glacier is stunning and you see ice sculptures and the deep crevasses of the glacier in a very clear way.

During the booking process you can add additional experience to this trip to make the most of your travel - amphibian boat tour among floating icebergs at Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon.

        • Pickup takes place between 08:30 – 09:00 – so please be ready from 8:30 at your pick up location. SEE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS HERE   
        • This tour typically returns to Reykjavik on Day 3 around 09:30pm
        • If you are a single traveler then a Single Room Supplement is mandatory (not applicable if dormitory/hostel option is chosen)
        • Only small carry on luggage such as backpacks are possible. Please check with your hotel if they can store your luggage during the tour if you are staying again at the same hotel after the tour. Otherwise you can use luggage lockers that are located in the center Reykjavík. Here is a link to their website where you can find all details. http://www.luggagelockers.is/ We can also offer you to store your luggage for free at NiceTravel office, located in Fiskislóð 45, Space M. To avoid any delays on departure luggage must be in storage before pick up time. You can also add additional luggage during booking process as an extra
        • IMPORTANT: It can happen that the optional activities can be cancelled because of weather and/or safety reasons. Then we will find other activities when possible and refund the amount paid for the cancelled activities or the price difference between new activity and cancelled one
        What to bring
          • Warm, wind & waterproof clothes
          • Good hiking shoes are necessary for the Glacier Hike. If you do not have appropriate footwear then we offer these for rent.
