      • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your tour up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.
      • Pick-Up Information for Larger Groups: Due to traffic restrictions, direct pick-up for groups larger than 6 passengers may not be available. We will confirm your pick-up location before the tour.
      • Vehicle Details:For groups of 1-6 passengers, the tour is operated in either a Mercedes V-class or Ford Transit.
        For groups of 7-19 passengers, the tour is operated in a Mercedes Sprinter.
      What to bring
        • Warm, Layered Clothing: Icelandic weather can change quickly, so dress in layers, including a waterproof jacket and sturdy shoes.
        • Comfortable Footwear: You’ll be exploring outdoor areas, so wear comfortable, durable shoes for walking.
        • Swimwear and Towel: If you plan to visit a hot spring like the Secret Lagoon, don’t forget your swimwear and towel (towel rentals may be available at some locations).
        • Camera: You won’t want to miss capturing the stunning scenery and natural wonders!
        • Snacks and Water: While there will be stops, it’s always handy to have snacks and water on hand, especially for children.
        • Sunglasses: Even in winter, the sun reflecting off snow and ice can be bright.
